The mission of P.S.31Q is to provide our children with an exemplary educational program in a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment.  We strive to equip each child with experiences that connect classroom learning to real life.  Our dedicated staff and involved parents are committed to excellence and are instrumental in educating the whole child.  Together we can make a difference in developing self-confident, literate, life-long learners who will be productive citizens in a technological and culturally diverse world.

Instructional Focus 2024-2025 School Year

Students at PS31Q will actively engage in rigorous learning through the utilization of scientifically researched-based curricula. Our instructional lens for 2024-2025 school year will focus on the shifts within NYC Reads to foster a love of reading and enhance literacy skills and NYC Solves to develop critical thinking and problem solving mastery. A multi-tiered support system will ensure that each child’s unique academic and social needs are met. The school aims to cultivate a feeling of respect, trust, and partnership between students, parents and teachers and staff.

  • See your students grades, test scores, attendance records, busing/transportation information, etc.
  • Take classes in Parent University
  • Report bullying
  • Access forms for your child
  • Reset your child's DOE account password

  • This account will remain with your child as long as they are apart of the NYC DOE School system, up until the 12th grade!
